With over four decades of experience in the fine jewelry industry, Lester has managed and operated wholesale jewelry design and wholesale jewelry firms throughout his career serving major omnichannel chain retailers and independent jewelers.
Lester founded Clover in 1988 with a unique vertically integrated fine jewelry merchandising and marketing business model primarily focused on developing product programs suited to non-traditional jewelry environments.
Today, Clover is one of the industry’s leading marketers, manufacturers, and distributors of fine karat gold jewelry servicing major blue chip retailers having earned a reputation for ingenuity, integrity and hard work.
Headquartered in New York with offices in Thailand and Italy, and manufacturing facilities throughout the world, Lester and the Clover team are strategically positioned to offer its clients a unique combination of exceptional pricing, quality, product development, and category management expertise.
Zoltan Hidas
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Zoltan brings over 30 years of invaluable international financial management and operations experience to Clover II Corporation as well as a unique global perspective with insights that are vital to overseeing’s our ever evolving global business activities.
Born and raised in Hungary with a strong foundation in finance and public accounting, Zoltan’s extensive background spans diverse industries – IT systems integration, software development, manufacturing, international media, and agriculture – that is further enriched by his roles in project management and management consulting.
Zoltan’s diverse expertise positions him perfectly to help drive Clover’s financial strategy and global success into the future.

A 40+ year veteran in the fine jewelry industry, Hersh has an exceptional understanding of both the creative and business sides of our industry.
Over his career, he has spearheaded the merchandising, production, and wholesaling of innovative karat gold, gemstone and diamond jewelry lines across all channels of distribution including department stores, major discounters, specialty independent jewelers, as well as national omnichannel retail chains.
At Clover, his leadership skills combined with a passion for aligning assortment and inventory strategies with emerging consumer trends, preferences, and retail sales data has led to tremendous growth and optimized sell-through rates for the retail clients we serve.
Pamela Fierst-Walsh
ACTING CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Pamela functions as the Chief Compliance Officer leading the development of policies, procedures, and operations related to sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Founder of PFW Advisory, Pamela is formerly the U.S. Department of State Senior Advisory for Conflict & Critical Minerals and U.S. Representative to the Kimberley Process. She specializes in supporting companies on their supply chain journeys, operating at the intersection of global risk, domestic and international regulation, and sustainability.
John Marchese
ACTING CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Leveraging his 35+ years of marketing leadership and brand development experience serving Fortune 100 companies (e.g., Nike, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, GE, IBM, and McDonald’s), John has developed a special area of expertise in the fine jewelry and diamond jewelry category since 2001.
Founder of Marchese Associates, his strategically relevant and creatively driven approach to marketing and brand creation have led to highly successful B2C and B2B brands with sustainable growth in rapidly changing business environments with new, dynamic market opportunities.
This experience – combined with John’s data-driven consumer insights and understanding of how well-managed integrated fine jewelry supply chains can create brand value, consumer demand, and loyalty – has resulted in successful fine jewelry brands currently distributed in US and multinational omnichannel chains, department stores, independent retailers, and e-commerce channel.
